EACH CLIENT, THEIR OWN IDEAL EXPERIENCE!
What's yours?
The organizations we work with are as diverse and intrepid as the experiences that ViAjolote designs for them. We bring people together, regardless of nationality, gender identity, social background, religion or age, through a shared enthusiasm for travel, art and culture. We believe in creating a global community by breaking down sociocultural stereotypes to spark meaningful connections between you and your fellow travel companions, as well as with people you will meet along the way.
Health Movement Dinner Party
We organized a farewell dinner with a Mexican theme in a beautiful home in Coyoacan for the Movement Health Foundation (MHF) team, a Swiss non-profit dedicated to improving healthcare in low- and middle-income countries, with a focus on cancer and cardiovascular diseases. The dishes were exquisite, the decorations were bold, and the atmosphere was cheerful. We were proud to be part of such a meaningful cause.

Petanque Tournament for UBER Team
A bit of team spirit, a touch of competition, and a lot of fun. There’s nothing like a tournament to bring out the best in everyone. The highlight was the prizes at the end; a few charms brought straight from the Mercado de Sonora added a special touch to the evening. It was certainly a memorable experience that brought the team even closer together!
Hispanics in Philanthropy, Women's Funding Network, Mi Familia Vota and Justice for Migrant Women together stand together
In the midst of a global migration crisis, seeds remind us that the journey knows no borders; that movement enriches geographical, cultural, commercial, and culinary exchange. Through the organization of a networking event, where the theme encompassed both the participants and the design of the menu and musical selection, we were able to highlight and advocate for the importance of safe and dignified migration.

Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art
Mass MoCa
Exploring Mexico's cultural scene in just one week can be challenging, but with a carefully crafted itinerary, we successfully hosted various members of Mass MoCA. Between galleries, museums, artists, musicians, and exceptional culinary offerings, we had the wonderful opportunity to share our culture and strengthen the ties between Mexican and North American cultures. Without a doubt, this has been one of the most complex and rewarding projects we have undertaken.
UBER
Latin America Talent Acquisition (TA) tamaliza lunch
Tamales serve as the perfect opportunity to gather with colleagues, learn new cooking skills, and indulge in a traditional Mexican meal during La Candelaria. This experience transcends the typical office event, transforming into a relaxed and enjoyable gathering among team members.

UBER
Latin America Talent Acquisition (TA) learning the art of Lucha Libre
Meeting a new team member can be challenging and fun. The new UBER Latin America Vice President flew in from San Francisco, and we greeted her with a classic Chilango-Mexico City experience: Lucha Libre at the Arena México! But first we went back to basics...Nothing sets the mood quite like a mixology class with true Mexican mezcal! A mezcal negroni to begin with, and a special drink designed to meet and honor El Hijo de Máscara Sagrada (Tigre Blanco)! Oh yes! We created our drinks while learning everything about professional wrestling with the real deal! You can imagine what a fantastic time we had at the Arena México.
UBER
Latin America Mobility Team
An absolute thrill to design these experiences for this super-charged UBER team. We learned a lot about eco-harvesting at the spectacular Chinampa Nantli, while cutting fresh vegetables and preparing delicious, homegrown, fresh, healthy food! Not to mention our exhilarating row on our cayucos through Xochimilco’s ecological reserve! Later, we met with the amazing mixologist/bartender Saade, who took us to an incredible mezcal tasting experience! Salud!

HISPANICS IN PHILANTHROPY (HIP)
40th Anniversary Celebration
ViAjolote designed a series of cultural activities as part of the HIP Board of Directors’ annual meeting in Mexico City. HIP has built the largest global network of philanthropists, funders, charities, impact investors, and movement leaders to support, fund, and materialize its vision of change for Latinxs globally. From an exclusive brunch and tour of the Xochimilco ecological reserve with our partners at Nantli Chinampa to a spectacular dinner focusing on corn and its relationship to the elements by Colectivo Amasijo at the historic Casa Seminario, board members and invited guests were able to connect in a deeper way with Mexico’s vast cultural heritage.
